Bob Nevil is a co founder of Pinnacle Pitching and Hitting and started a softball pitching career when his daughters became pitchers in high school. He co - founded the Monroe Blazers in 1997 so that there would be more high level softball competition beyond high school and local recreation league levels. He and his daughter started Innovative Sports in 2005 with the aim of improving, through instruction, the skills of local fastpitch pitchers. Hundreds of young girls have participated in his pitching classes with many having graduated to play in college at the Division 1 level.,
Joe Luconte had been actively involved in girls softball for the past 14 years including his successful run as a Webster Xtreme head coach for 8 years. Specializing in the art of hitting, Joe began instructing all ages 5 years ago.  Joe is a co founder of Pinnacle Pitching an Hitting
Al Germano has been coaching girls fastpitch softball since 2006 coaching exclusively with the WAA Girls Softball Organization. He was a pitching coach for the Webster Xtreme Travel Team for the past 7 years. Now that both daughters (above) have finished their travel career, he is focusing his attention on providing pitching instruction for girls of all ages by opening Pinnacle Pitching and Hitting together with Joe Luconte and Bob Nevil,
